Fire Damages East San Jose HomeUnits of the San Jose Fire Department battled a two-alarm structure fire that destroyed a garage and heavily damaged the remainder of a home at 444 Bataan Court on San Jose's east side. The fire, reported just before midnight Saturday, October 14, required a second alarm to protect adjacent homes from the intense flames.
